  • Puff Pastry - 13.2 oz
  • Parma Ham - 3 pieces
  • Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Celery salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 2

On a floured surface, roll out the pastry thinly.

Step 3

Cut the ham into thin strips and place them on one half of the pastry. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 4

Cover with the other half of the pastry and roll out again into a thin sheet.

Step 5

Pinch the edges, brush the top with lightly beaten egg, and sprinkle with celery seeds.

Step 6

Cut the pastry into long strips about 1 cm thick. Twist the ends of each strip into a spiral and transfer the strips to a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool and serve.
