  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 3 stems
  • Salt - to taste
  • Champagne Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2 tablespoons
  • Country Bread - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the walnuts, Parmesan, crushed garlic, cumin, salt, and vinegar. Add the olive oil and sun-dried tomato paste.

Step 2

Preheat the grill and toast the slices of bread until golden brown. While the bread is warm, spread a small amount of pesto on top and serve immediately.
