Ingredients
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 9 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Feta cheese - 1.4 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 10 fl oz
