  • Marinated cherries - 9 pieces
  • Hard Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Feta cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 10 fl oz

Crush the eggplant with a rolling pin or mallet until it feels soft.
