- Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Warm the yolks, add flour, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Then heat the mixture until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites and combine them with the yolk-cheese mixture. Heat again.
Step 4
Place the cauliflower in a soup bowl and pour the egg-cheese sauce over it.
Step 5
Pour in the hot broth and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
