- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Green Peas - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Milk - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, cut it into large pieces, and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Add the onion, bay leaf, and pepper.
Step 2
Remove the fish, separate it into pieces, removing the bones, and blend it in a blender.
Step 3
Strain the broth and dissolve the flour and butter in it. Add the blended fish, green peas, chopped carrot, and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook until ready.
Step 4
Pour the milk into the soup, heat it up, and remove from heat.
