Description

  • Garlic - to taste
  • Walnuts - 1.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Ground Cumin - to taste
  • Cucumbers - 4 pieces
  • Spanish onions - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the small cucumbers in a blender with a small pinch of mint, gradually adding kefir, add half a teaspoon of cumin for aroma, and a little salt.

Step 2

For decoration, cut a cucumber into small cubes, chop a few green onion tops, chop a tablespoon of walnuts, and slice the hard-boiled egg. Use all of this to garnish the soup and drizzle with olive oil.
