Ingredients
- Lime - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Mint - 0.4 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Caramel Syrup - 4 fl oz
- Sparkling water - 1 qt
- Lemongrass - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the lemongrass into rounds, place it in a saucepan, add the simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon juice, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes; remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Separate and finely chop the mint leaves.
Step 3
Pour 200 ml of sparkling water from the bottle.
Step 4
Grate the cucumber and apple and transfer them to a bottle along with the mint.
Step 5
Strain and slowly pour the syrup into the bottle.
Step 6
Tightly seal the bottle with a lid and let the lemonade infuse in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (recommended to infuse for 2 hours).
Step 7
Strain the lemonade through a sieve and serve in glasses.
