Ingredients
- Pickled Apples - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 2 bunches
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander essential oil - a pinch
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0 oz
- Turmeric - on the tip of a knife
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the parsley, trim the roots if present, and chop the greens coarsely.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, mince one clove. Peel the onion, chop one onion finely, and cut the other in half.
Step 3
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut into wedges.
Step 4
Pour 1 liter of cold water into a pot, add half an onion, a clove of garlic, parsley roots, and the fillet. Bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes. Remove the meat and cut it into cubes. Strain the broth.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the spices, greens, and onion, and sauté for 1 minute. Add the apples and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the fillet, salt, and pepper, and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Serve in bowls and add sour cream.
