Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Ham - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1.8 oz
- Gelatin - 1.4 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cheese and ham very thinly.
Step 2
Lightly beat the softened butter and ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In the bottom of a small rectangular dish, layer the cheese, spread the cream, then add a layer of ham, and continue layering until the top layer is ham.
Step 4
Sprinkle gelatin into the broth and bring to a boil while stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Let it cool slightly and pour into the dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Cut into portions.
