  • Farm fresh eggs - 1 piece
  • Thousand Island dressing - 0.7 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Dried Dill Stems - 1 piece
  • Red Caviar - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the egg. Rinse it with cold water, cool it down, peel it, and slice it into rings.

Step 2

Spread a very thin layer of butter on the piece of bread.

Step 3

Top the bread with the egg slices, shrimp, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.

Step 4

To make the Thousand Island dressing: mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise. Add lemon juice to taste.

Step 5
