- Carrot - 1 piece
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Daikon - 1 piece
- Miso Paste - 2 tablespoons
- Bonito flakes - 1 tablespoon
- Dark red seaweed - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the dried seaweed into pieces and soak in water. Bring to a boil and add the bonito flakes and miso paste.
Step 2
Cut the potato, carrot, and daikon into small pieces. Add the vegetables to the soup and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt and soy sauce to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
