  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Natural Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate half of a small carrot on a coarse grater (it can be boiled).

Step 2

Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Press the garlic through a garlic press.

Step 4

Add the yogurt and mix all the ingredients.

Step 5

Spread on the bread.
