Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Chickpea - 1 can
- Garlic - ½ head
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the bell pepper, chopped coarsely, and sauté together for another 3–4 minutes on high heat, then add the chickpeas (I used canned ones) and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add herbs and salt to taste.
Step 3
Then add fresh garlic.
Step 4
The dish is ready. You can turn off the heat.
Step 5
Sauté the leek in olive oil for 3 minutes.
