- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Coarse Salt - 9.2 oz
- Sichuan pepper - 0.5 oz
- Nigella Seeds - 0.2 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Serve the dried duck, slicing it into thin pieces.

Grind the Sichuan pepper and fennel seeds in a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder.

Mix the sugar, salt, and spices.
