Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 1½ l
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice berries - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the mushrooms in room temperature water for one hour.
Step 3
Then boil the chopped mushrooms in water for ten minutes and drain the water.
Step 4
Pour water over half of the mushrooms and set them to cook.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion and carrot.
Step 6
Sauté the onion and carrot in a mixture of vegetable and butter along with the remaining mushrooms.
Step 7
Dice the peeled potatoes.
Step 8
Add the potatoes to the mushrooms in the pot 10-15 minutes after boiling begins.
Step 9
Immediately add the sautéed vegetables and mushrooms. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper, and add spices.
Step 11
Serve with sour cream.
