  • Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
  • Potato - 3 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Water - 1½ l
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Allspice berries - to taste
  • Green peppercorns - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
