- Cucumbers - 2 lbs
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim the ends of the cucumbers, chop the dill, and finely chop the garlic (do not crush!).
Step 2
Place everything in a plastic bag, mix and shake it, then put it in a second bag for added airtightness, and store it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
From time to time, shake and mix the contents of the bags without opening them.
