Description
Beans should be soaked in advance (for 5–6 hours) and mushrooms (for 3–4 hours).
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Beans - 1 cup
- Pork fat - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 3 heads
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the soaked beans and pass them through a sieve. Strain the water from the soaked mushrooms, rinse the mushrooms, and cook them in the same water.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, fry it in lard until golden, add the chopped mushrooms, and fry everything together.
Step 3
Knead the dough from flour, water, eggs, and salt. Roll it out to a thickness of 1 mm and cut into squares of 5x5 cm.
Step 4
For the filling, combine the bean puree, onion with mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Place the filling on the squares of dough, connect the opposite corners, and pinch the edges.
Step 6
Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for 8–10 minutes. When the dumplings float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon and drizzle with melted butter. Serve sour cream separately.
