Ingredients
- Rice Paper - ½ piece
- Arugula - 3 stems
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Courgette - 0 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the arugula coarsely.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut a slice about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Cut a firm cube from the fish or combine two square slices into a cube.
Step 4
Cut half a sheet of rice paper. Soak it in water for a few seconds.
Step 5
Place the cucumber in the center.
Step 6
Spread cream cheese on it.
Step 7
Season with black pepper.
Step 8
Add the greens and fish.

Shape it like dumplings.
