Step 1

Rinse the onion skins well, place them in a pot with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

When the broth turns a rich dark burgundy color, carefully add the eggs to the pot with the skins and cook them for another 30 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the eggs, cool them, and you can decorate them with Easter stickers (the eggs are also beautiful without stickers).
