Ingredients
- Eggplants - 21.2 oz
- White bread - 8.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Melted Cheese - 8.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - ¼ teaspoon
- Dried Turkey - 8 pieces
- Basil - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Slice the eggplants into rounds and place them on the grill. Brush the eggplants on both sides with half of the oil. Grill on both sides for about 10–12 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the ends of the baguette diagonally, then slice the rest diagonally into 8 pieces.
Step 3
Thinly slice the mozzarella. In a small bowl, mix the oregano, chili, salt, and the remaining oil with a fork.
Step 4
Spread the herb mixture on the bread. Top with grilled eggplants, pieces of mozzarella, and dried tomatoes.
Step 5
Place basil leaves between the pieces of mozzarella.
