- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 7.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Adjika - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Pomegranate Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Slice the eggplant and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
