Ingredients
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.5 oz
- Pumpkin - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 heads
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Lime - ¼ pieces
- Salt - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix the oil with the pumpkin flour.

Coat the eggplant in oil and flour, then place it on a hot, dry grill pan.
