Ingredients
- Eggplants - 10.6 oz
- Dried Bonito Flakes - 0.1 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 2.8 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce - 3.2 oz
- Pad Thai Sauce - 6.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Mix the bulgogi sauce and Thai chili sauce until smooth.
Step 2
Slice the eggplant in half lengthwise. Then, make deep crosshatch cuts in the flesh of one half. Sprinkle sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and olive oil over the flesh.
Step 3
Sauté the prepared eggplants for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Pour the prepared sauce over the eggplant and place it in an oven preheated to 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Pour a little more sauce over the cooked eggplant. Place the prepared eggplant on a serving dish and sprinkle it with tuna flakes. Serve with yogurt.
