Cut the tomatoes and feta cheese into wedges. Slice the eggplants in half and make several cuts on each half from the wide end almost to the base, creating a fan shape.
Step 2
Place the halved eggplants on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with olive oil, without overcrowding.
Step 3
Place slices of tomatoes, cheese, and garlic into each cut.
Step 4
Generously drizzle everything with olive oil and place in an oven preheated to 180-200°C. Wait until the eggplants become soft.
