  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Red Caviar - 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces
  • Dill - 5 sprigs
  • Green Butter - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs, cool them, and peel (5 eggs for the 'mice' and 3 eggs for the salad).

Step 2

Grate the eggs for the salad on a coarse grater, then grate the cheese into the same bowl, add garlic and mayonnaise. The salad is ready.

Step 3

For the mice, cut the eggs in half and separate the whites from the yolks (the yolks are not needed, you can add them to the salad) and fill the eggs with the cheese salad.

Step 4

Place the leaves of green lettuce on a plate. Then carefully place the mice.

Step 5

Start decorating. To make the nose, eyes, and ears stick, you need to carefully make small holes in the eggs. The eyes are made from black pepper, the nose from caviar, and the ears from bell pepper (it's better to use red). The tail is made from a sprig of dill.
