Ingredients
- Fava Beans - 1.1 oz
- Green Peas - 1.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - ½ piece
- Anchovy fillet - 1 piece
- Capers - ½ teaspoon
- White bread - ½ piece
- Vinegar essence - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Water - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
Boil the fava beans and peel them. Boil the peas. Set aside a few for decoration.
Step 3
Green sauce. Finely chop the fava beans and peas with half of the egg, parsley, anchovy, garlic, bread soaked in vinegar, and rinsed capers. Add salt, pepper, oil, and water.
Step 4
Cut 8 eggs in half and place them on a serving dish, then drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with the remaining peas and fava beans.
