- Ekal - 1.1 oz
- Cilantro - ½ bunch
- Arugula - ½ bunch
- Pistachios - 5 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the ekal thoroughly.
Step 2
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden.
Step 3
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 4
Place the ekal in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

Then, drain well.
Step 6
Chop finely.
Step 7
Do the same with the arugula and cilantro.

Combine the garlic and herbs in a blender and drizzle with lemon juice.

Then, add salt.

Add the cooled nuts and blend vigorously.

Transfer the resulting mixture to a serving dish.

If the consistency is slightly runny, you can add a bit more chopped herbs.
