Description
100 ml of pure, non-carbonated water. Optionally, 1–2 teaspoons of honey (but no sugar!).
Ingredients
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Lemon - 2 slices
- Parsley - 7 stems
- Fresh Mint - 6 stems
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and cut the kiwi into 4–5 pieces and place them in a blender bowl. Ideally, prepare the cocktail using a mortar and pestle, as this retains more vitamins than using a blender. However, if you, like me, do not have a mortar, you can use a blender. You can leave a slice for decoration.
Step 2
Add two thin slices of lemon (with the peel) and the parsley (trim the stems).
Step 3
Separate the mint into leaves — add the leaves to the kiwi and discard the stems. Optionally, add honey.
Step 4
Add water and blend everything into a puree.
Step 5
Pour into a glass, garnish, and enjoy. Drink immediately.
