Description
The combination of pears, apples, and celery can vary, but the key is not to overdo it with the celery. The type of pears also matters. Of course, it's best to use more natural apples in season, but in spring, Granny Smith is the best variety.

- Feijoa - 8 pieces
- Mint - 10 stems
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" - 1.8 oz
- Granny Smith apples - 3 pieces
- Anjou Pear - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut off the stem from the feijoa and slice it into 4 parts, then place it in a blender.
Step 2
Add the mint leaves (without stems) and spinach to the blender.
Step 3
Juice the pear, celery, lime, and apples using any method available to you, and add all the juice to the blender.
Step 4
Blend on high speed for about 5 minutes. If the juice is too thick, add more freshly squeezed apple juice.
