  • Fennel - 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 1.2 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fennel in half lengthwise, remove the core, and slice thinly. Transfer to a bowl and mix with lemon juice.

Step 2

Add parsley and olive oil. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle with shaved Parmesan.
