Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the fern for about 12 hours, rinse, cut off the tops, leaving only the stems, and cut them into pieces 4-5 cm long.
Step 2
In hot oil, sauté the sliced onion until translucent, add the prepared fern, salt, sugar, seasoning, and soy sauce to taste.
Step 3
Simmer on low heat until the fern is tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add minced garlic 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
Step 5
Serve as an appetizer chilled.
