- Star anise - 2 pieces
- Hendrick’s Gin - 2 fl oz
- Earl Grey Tea - 1 teaspoon
- Green Tea (brick) - 1 teaspoon
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 1 fl oz
- Green peppercorns - a pinch
- White Vermouth - 1 fl oz
- Cardamom - a pinch
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brew the green tea in a preheated teapot.
Step 2
Strain, add all the spices to the teapot with the tea (break the cinnamon sticks), and add the Earl Grey.
Step 3
Mix the gin, vermouth, and sugar syrup in the teapot with the tea.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over it.
Step 5
Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve in the teapot and pour into cups.
