- Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Vodka - 2 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk 2 tablespoons of olive oil with vodka, the egg, and 1 cup of water in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Pour the egg mixture into the flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Step 3
Brush the hot baking sheet with olive oil and pour in the dough, smoothing it out with a silicone spatula if necessary. Crumble the feta on top of the dough and scatter pieces of soft butter over it. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
