Ingredients
- Pangasius - 24.7 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fish fillet and cover it with cold water.
Step 2
Place on the heat and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, add bay leaf, peppercorns, salt, add 1 carrot and 1 onion, and cook the fish broth until ready.
Step 3
Cut 1 carrot and 1 onion into strips and sauté until cooked in vegetable oil.
Step 4
When the fish broth is ready, remove the vegetables and fish from the broth, add the sautéed vegetables, warmed tomato puree, and potatoes cut into sticks.
Step 5
Cut the fillet into pieces.
Step 6
Add the flesh to the soup.
