  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Cottage cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz
  • Spices - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the fish in white wine or water for 5-10 minutes until tender. Cool in the broth.

Step 2

Transfer to a blender with lemon juice, garlic, cottage cheese, and softened butter.

Step 3

Sprinkle with spices and blend until smooth. Gently fold in finely chopped herbs into the mixture.
