Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
- Wild Garlic Greens - 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.5 oz
- Red Caviar - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic leaves, then mix them with the cream cheese.
Step 2
Slice the fish into very thin slices (you can use pre-sliced fish), and stack three slices on top of each other.
Step 3
Place the cream cheese mixed with garlic in the center, gather the tips of the fish slices into a pouch (the fish sticks very well to the cheese).
Step 4
Tie the fish pouch with a garlic leaf, and simply trim the long ends of the leaves.
Step 5
Arrange the ends of the fish, placing red caviar in the center.
