- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the semi-frozen fish into very thin strips.
Step 2
Add the finely shredded radish and carrot.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the fish.
Step 4
