Ingredients
- Fish Oil - 1 qt
- Zubatka - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
On low heat, after boiling, cook the Zubatka broth for 20 minutes. Five minutes before turning off, add the head of garlic. Strain the broth, setting the fish aside in a separate container. The garlic will not be needed anymore. Cut the fish into pieces of 1–1.5 cm.
Step 3
Slice the carrot and potato into thin rounds and boil (15 minutes) in one liter of water.
Step 4
Pour in the fish broth. Add finely chopped herbs, and after 5 minutes add the cheese and fish. Turn off 10 minutes after adding the herbs.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh herbs and egg.
