- Crab sticks in brine - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 40 pieces
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Leek - 1.4 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
- New Potatoes - 1.1 oz
- Cream (40%) - 3 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Water - 7 fl oz
- "Vegetta seasoning" - to taste
- Potato protein - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables (leek, onion, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes) into strips.
Step 2
Sauté, then add water and simmer with salt and pepper.

Add cream and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Blend until smooth.
