  • Smoked haddock fillet - 2.1 oz
  • Crab sticks in brine - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 40 pieces
  • Carrot - 1.1 oz
  • Leek - 1.4 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
  • Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
  • New Potatoes - 1.1 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 3 fl oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • "Vegetta seasoning" - to taste
  • Potato protein - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the vegetables (leek, onion, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes) into strips.

Step 2

Sauté, then add water and simmer with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add cream and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Blend until smooth.

Step 5

Place on the stove and bring to a boil.

Step 6

Thicken with starch.

Step 7

Make chips from young potatoes.

Step 8

Pour the soup into bowls.

Step 9

Garnish the dish with crab meat, chips, and sesame seeds.
