Ingredients
- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Starch film - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Nuts - 0.7 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fish, cut it into pieces, and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, skim the broth, add the celery root, carrots, salt, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the celery root and carrots.
Step 2
Take the fish out of the broth, separate it from the bones, and blend it. Add whipped egg white, starch, ground nuts, sour cream, salt, and form small balls. Drop the balls into the soup.
Step 3
Cut the carrots and bell pepper into cubes. Add to the soup and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Mash the yolk with cream and pour it into the soup. Remove the soup from heat.
Step 5
Sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
