Description
Fish Soup with Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fillet (I used cod), place it in a pot with the spices, and cook the fish broth. Remove the fish from the broth so it doesn't fall apart.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Grate the carrots and celery root on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove them, rinse with cold water, and peel off the skin. Grate one tomato to make a puree. Chop the remaining tomatoes into pieces.
Step 4
Sauté the carrots and celery in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Add the potatoes and salt to the simmering broth, and after a few minutes, add the other vegetables. Cook until done.
Step 6
Place the cut fish into bowls and pour the finished soup over it.
