- Beef Tri-Tip - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Parsley - to taste
- Butter - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Marjoram - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the beef tripe in a pot with cold water and boil for 3 hours.
Step 2
In a separate pot, melt the butter. Cut the carrot and celery into sticks, and the onion into half-rings, then add them to the pot. Sauté for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a frying pan, toast the flour until golden, then dilute it with the broth obtained from boiling the tripe.
Step 4
Cut the cooked tripe into strips, add it to the pot with the vegetables, then add the flour mixture, salt, pepper, marjoram, and simmer everything on low heat for 1 hour.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
