- 3.2% Milk - 17 fl oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 2.1 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - ½ cup
- Lavender flowers - ¼ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - ½ tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the heavy cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside until use.
Step 2
Combine the milk and dried lavender in a saucepan, place over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let the milk steep covered for 5 minutes to allow the lavender to infuse its aroma.
Step 3
Strain the milk through a sieve and return it to medium heat. Add the dark and milk chocolate, breaking it into pieces for better melting. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Remove the hot chocolate from heat and whip it well. Then return it to medium heat and whip again until frothy. Remove the hot chocolate from heat and pour it into cups, topping with whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!
