Ingredients
- Bacon - 15.9 oz
- New Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Thyme - 0.2 bunches
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Goat cheese - 4.1 oz
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Stretch the bacon strips and cut them in half crosswise. Wrap the small potatoes in bacon, adding a bay leaf, and place them on a baking sheet. Season with pepper and bake for half an hour, until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of milk with finely chopped thyme, add the cheeses, and whisk until smooth. Mix the remaining milk with the starch and add to the fondue, season, place on a burner, and sprinkle with thyme on top. Dip the cooked potatoes into the cheese.
