  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Leek - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Broth - 1 qt
  • Potato - 7.1 oz
  • Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 3.2 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 3.2 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 3.2 oz
  • Blue Cheese - 3.2 oz
  • White bread - 5.3 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Cut the bread into cubes, place them in a bag, add vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and shake well.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Thoroughly wash the leek and slice the white part into half-rings. The green part can be frozen and used for broth in the future.
