- Cream (40%) - 5 fl oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cheshire Cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
In a large pot of boiling water, add the halved cauliflower and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the corn and thinly sliced zucchini. Cook for another 2 minutes. Drain and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, minced garlic, and finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
