- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 21.2 oz
- Egg noodles for wok - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, place it in a pot, pour in 1.5 liters of water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and let it cool. Then cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Strain the broth and bring it back to a boil. Add the egg noodles and pieces of chicken, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the cream, egg yolks, and lemon juice. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the soup and stir. Then add the remaining mixture and stir again. Cook for 7 minutes. Add chopped cilantro to the finished noodles. Serve in bowls.
