  • Star anise - 1 piece
  • White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
  • Allspice berries - to taste
  • Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Saffron - to taste
