French Fries with Tuna Sauce

Description
First, we make the sauce, otherwise the fries will cool down. A great snack for beer!
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- 20% Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 7 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small pot over low heat, melt the sour cream and add the processed cheese. Stir until smooth and season with pepper.
Step 2
Add the tuna to the mixture, draining the water from the can beforehand.
Step 3
Blend until smooth and refrigerate until cool.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them using a fry cutter (or a knife if you don't have one).
Step 5
Add sunflower oil to the potatoes and spread them on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Place in the oven at 180°C. The potatoes should be soft.
Step 7
Salt the potatoes after removing them from the oven.
