Description
I definitely recommend using brandy (instead of vodka). Proven!!! The brandy flavor dissipates, but the brandy 'warmth' and aftertaste remain. Photo borrowed ;) Author unknown. Ingredients
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Oranges - 3 pieces
- Brandy - 25 fl oz
- Coriander essential oil - 15 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the oranges, pour boiling water over them, and dry. Grate the zest from all the fruits, avoiding the bitter white part.
Step 2
Place the zest and sugar in a bottle. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and add it to the bottle as well.
Step 3
Pour in the vodka or brandy, shake well. Seal the bottle tightly and leave it in a dark place for 4 weeks (shake the liqueur once a week).
